We are looking for a Dynamics CRM Application Support Specialist to join our team.

Technical skills:
– Functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises/online)
– Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents
– Configuration of entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
– Troubleshooting of plugins, integrations, and existing customizations
– Execution of SQL Server queries for data analysis and validation
– Management and tracking of tickets (SLA and priorities)
– User support and coordination with development teams
– Participation in testing and validation of minor updates
– 3–4 years of experience in Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365/Enterprise User
– Support Knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript (reading and debugging)
– Experience with SQL Server
– Knowledge of integrations via Web Services/APIs
– Experience with workflows, plugins, and security roles
Personal skills:
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work in a team
