Technical skills:
– At least 5 years of experience as a Cogen Developer
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
– Solid experience with COGEN, COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, and SPUFI
– Knowledge of and familiarity with incident and task management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira (or equivalents)
– Understanding of software lifecycles in complex enterprise environments
– Experience in resolving production incidents and implementing enhancements that impact critical applications is a plus
– Solid experience and enthusiasm for the Application Management environment (incident and issue management, ticketing, bug fixes, corrective maintenance)
– Professional experience in the insurance sector
– Experience dealing with clients (technical and business)
