Technical skills:
– Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end architectures for Salesforce B2B Commerce (LWR and/or Classic), ensuring the best application of design patterns and best practices
– Complex Integrations: Define the integration strategy between Salesforce Commerce and external systems
– Technical Leadership: Mentor development teams, conduct critical code reviews, and define coding standards and CI/CD processes (SFDX, GitHub Actions)
– Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce projects
– In-depth knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce data architecture
– Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations (REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub)
– Proficiency in version control and automation tools (SFDX, Git, Pipelines)
– Relevant Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce B2B Commerce Solution Architect and Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer
Personal skills:
– Analytical ability to solve complex business problems with simple, scalable technical solutions
– Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
– Inspirational leadership for development teams
– Focus on quality and security (OWASP, Data Privacy)
