Technical skills:
– Cloud Computing - Azure Local & AVD - Strong expertise in Azure Local and AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) environments. Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of virtualized cloud infrastructure
– Microsoft Enterprise Administration - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft environments: Active Directory (DCs), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and Windows Clusters. Ability to manage critical infrastructure in enterprise environments
– Data Center Management - Solid and comprehensive knowledge of data center components: storage systems, network infrastructure (switches, firewalls), redundancy, and high availability
– On-Site Technical Support - Proven ability to investigate, resolve, and escalate incidents in end-user environments. Ready to provide field support when necessary
Personal skills:
– Proven ability to organize complex projects, coordinate resources, and maintain schedules
– Effective Communication — Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external partners. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly
– Problem Solving — Proactive mindset in identifying and resolving incidents. Ability to critically analyze and escalate issues appropriately when necessary
– Availability and Flexibility — Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary
