Technical skills:
– Experience in functional support of applications in a distributed micro-services environment more than 3 years experience, preferably in Openshift
– Experience in API support, preferably in IBM® API Connect
– Basic knowledge of SQL
– Experience of working with ITSM systems (e.g. Service Now)
– Experience of working with APM (e.g. Dynatrace) preferred
– Experience from the user's point of view consulting logs in Kibana preferred
– Python programming experience preferred
– Willingness to provide out-of-hours support
