Technical skills:
– Solid experience with PHP and Symfony
– Experience with Laravel
– Strong knowledge of Git
– Experience with JavaScript and CSS
– Experience with Agile methodologies
– Previous experience in a Tech Lead role (or potential to grow into one)
– Development of backend solutions using PHP (Symfony and/or Laravel)
– Definition of architecture and development best practices
– Technical leadership of the team (mentoring and code reviews)
– Collaboration with frontend teams (JavaScript/CSS)
– Participation in technical decisions and product evolution
– Ensuring code quality and continuous integration
