– Leadership of .NET teams and development in .NET/C#/.NET Core/ASP.NET/Web API
– Experience in Umbraco CMS, REST APIs, and application maintenance
– Troubleshooting, log analysis (Application Insights, ELK Stack)
– Higher education in IT; Microsoft AZ900 certification or higher valued

– Planning, organization, and priority management
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Proactivity and ability to make decisions under pressure
