We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
– Monitor and guarantee code quality and best programming practices
– Ensure the maintenance of existing applications
– Create and update technical and functional documentation
– Analyze and discuss requirements from a technical and business point of view
– Promote an environment of continuous learning and process improvement
Technical skills:
– At least 5 years working with Java (Java 8+ preferred)
– Proficiency in working with OOP languages
– Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
– Experience with Spring, Spring boot
– Experience working with a highly competitive/highly transnational/highly available platform
– Familiarity with client-server protocols such as SOAP and REST
– Experience using established design patterns and encouraging the appropriate use of reuse techniques (e.g. extracting libraries, creating new components)
– Experience with some of these technologies is a plus: Scala, Kafka, Akka, Memcached, Apache Storm, Apache Cassandra, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ
– Experience in Agile team
