Technical skills:
– You bring at least five years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and HR system integrations
– You have strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and supporting a hybrid HR landscape
– You have experience with SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, PT, PY) in a support and maintenance contexto
– You have experience with implementing or supporting modules such as Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Succession, Time, or EC Payroll
– You have experience with integration tools and scenarios (e.g., CPI, Integration Center) in hybrid environments
– You bring knowledge of data structures, data governance, and system configuration in SuccessFactors
– You have experience with SAP transport management and system landscapes (Dev, QA, Prod)
Fluency in Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Personal skills:
– You have strong collaboration skills and experience working with internal stakeholders and external partners
– You demonstrate an analytical mindset with strong documentation and problem-solving skills
