Technical skills:
– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
– 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development
– Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
– Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration
– Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools
– Experience with source control management tools such as Git
– Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and senior developers
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Salesforce certification is a plus
Personal skills:
– Developing and maintaining custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
– Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions
– Performing code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed
– Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications
– Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems
– Writing and executing unit and integration tests
– Creating and maintaining technical documentation
– Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and Technologies
– Mentoring and coaching junior developers
