Technical skills:
– At least 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform
– Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
– Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware
– Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling
– Experience with version control systems such as Git
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect are preferred
Personal skills:
– Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
