– Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high code quality and reliability
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
– Conduct refactoring efforts while adhering to simple design principles and clean architecture
– Foster collaboration through pair programming, daily standups, code reviews, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
– Design and maintain resilient architectures that support scalability and performance
– Utilize Django framework for backend development
– Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a strong focus on Python
– In-depth knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD)
– Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and methodologies
– Expertise in refactoring, simple design, and clean architecture principles
– Experience with agile methodologies and team collaboration practices
– Proficiency in Django framework
