Technical skills:
– Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), or other directory services (e.g., LDAP)
– Understanding of authentication and authorization, including MFA, SSO, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, and others
– Familiarity with information security best practices
– Knowledge of scripting/programming, particularly in PowerShell and Java
– Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools, especially SailPoint (a plus)
– Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow (a plus)
– Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, or equivalents) (a plus)
Personal skills:
– Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
– Ability to communicate effectively with different teams, including technical and business departments
– Proactivity, critical thinking, and a focus on continuous improvement
– Ability to strictly follow standards and procedures
– Ability to challenge requests with a focus on security and best practices
