Technical skills:
– Support the project lead for the SuccessFactors integration and work closely with headquarters in Austria to assist in the global implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors as well as other HR IT systems alongside external partners and Corporate IT
– Help bridge the gap between HR and IT by assisting in translating HR needs into digital solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and efficiency
– Contribute to driving the digital transformation of HR by identifying opportunities to automate and improve HR processes
– Assist in managing various interfaces across the business, ensuring smooth collaboration and supporting project delivery
– Help ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of HR systems and data
– Provide support and help deliver training to HR teams, contributing to system adoption and promoting best practices
– You have a strong interest in HR digitalization and data-driven processes
– You have technical understanding of HRIS systems or a willingness to improve your knowledge (experience with systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM is a plus)
– You are proficient in MS Excel and have a strong attention to diligently managing and analyzing data
Personal skills:
– You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align HR, IT, and business leaders
– You like to organize yourself independently and you are able to manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
– Fluency in written and spoken English
