Technical skills:
– Ensure the operational maintenance of security infrastructure, guaranteeing quality, productivity, and security
– Diagnose and resolve network security-related failures and outages
– Implement, maintain, and optimize security policies on firewalls and other security devices
– Define and promote best practices in security policy management
– Provide technical support, advice, and training on network security, collaborating with specialists from other areas
– Ensure compliance with security and quality standards, as well as adherence to SLAs
Personal skills:
– Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose incidents, identify the root causes of failures, and implement effective solutions in network security environments
– Communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical advice, train users, and interact with experts from other fields
