Technical skills:
– Train and mentor Operations teams in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, and modern DevOps practices
– Manage and optimize release management processes and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release
– Maintain the current Windows/IIS infrastructure and lead the migration to OpenShift (containerization)
– Automate processes using Python and PowerShell
– Have hands-on experience in Windows and IIS administration
– Possess solid knowledge of OpenShift, including containers, images, and pods
– Demonstrate strong communication, mentoring, and remote collaboration skills
– Knowledge of C# is a plus for understanding existing applications
Personal skills:
– Effective communication: the ability to explain technical concepts, collaborate with different teams, and share knowledge clearly
– Mentoring and coaching: the ability to train, support, and develop skills within the Operations teams
– Collaboration and teamwork: the ability to work effectively with distributed/remote teams, fostering cooperation and joint problem-solving
