Technical skills:
– Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and business requirements
– Serving as a liaison between the business and technical teams
– Assisting in defining Salesforce solutions aligned with the client’s objectives
– Participation in workshops, alignment meetings, and validation sessions
– Support for functional testing (UAT) and post-implementation follow-up
– 3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce
– Strong functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform

– Good communication skills
– Strong sense of collaboration in cross-functional teams
