Technical skills:
– Challenging user requests in order to prioritize standard features (Out-Of-The-Box) and limit technical debt
– Piloting the needs collection workshops with the different departments (IT, HR, Facilities, etc.) to map their processes
– Writing detailed user stories and define precise acceptance criteria to secure the developments
– Coordinating the test phases (UAT) and validate the compliance of the deliverables before each production release
– 4 years of experience as a Functional / Business Analyst, coupled with a good knowledge of ITIL processes
– Experience in documenting functional requirements, process flows, and use cases
– Knowledge of UX/UI principles
– Experience with requirement gathering, coupled with a good knowledge of ITIL processes
