Technical skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant field in Information Technology
– At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Information Systems Consulting and/or Software Engineering and Development projects
– Experience in preparing functional documentation
– Experience in process design using BPMN notation
– Proven experience using agile methodologies, e.g., Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent
– Experience in test specification and execution
– Knowledge of banking is a plus
Personal skills:
– Proactive, analytical mindset, and ability to work autonomously
– Fluency in Portuguese and English
