Technical skills:
– Gather, analyze and document user requirements and functional specifications
– Designing, documenting and maintaining system processes
– Conduct quality assurance by defining and executing test cases
– Own relationships with internal clients to optimize and develop new features
– Coordinate across teams to anticipate dependencies and remove blockers
– Act as the business knowledge reference for the development team, bridging communication with the entire team and proactively chasing answers when needed
– Work within an Agile/Scrum environment
– Academic or professional background in Economics, Finance, Market Data, or Risk Management
– Prior experience in IT projects within financial institutions is a plus
– Basic knowledge of SQL
