Technical skills:
– Degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, Management, or Economics
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems or software development projects, having worked as a functional analyst during this period
– Experience in conducting workshops
– Experience in interpreting and designing diagrams using UML notation
– Experience in test specification and execution
– Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
– Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools
Personal skills:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Proactive, analytical mindset, and ability to work autonomously
– Fluent in Portuguese
