Technical skills:
– Advanced knowledge of PowerBI
– Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to BI platforms, with focus on Power BI, Tableau
– Familiarity with fundamental concepts of platform management and user administration
– Experience in configuring and customizing platforms according to business requirements
– Experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution in complex environments following ITIL principles
– Deep understanding of IT systems, platform security, and data protection regulations
– Ability to identify platform performance issues, diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
– Experience collaborating with internal technical teams and support experts
– Knowledge of automating operational processes to improve efficiency
– Ability to identify synergies and potentials and provide advisory support
– Practical experience with Qlik (on prem and cloud) - is a plus
Personal skills:
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Experience with multi-national teams
– Fluency in written and spoken English
– German skills
