Technical skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
– At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field
– Solid experience with Power BI for dashboard development, modeling, DAX, and performance optimization
– Experience with BI/reporting tools and a focus on the end user
– Solid knowledge of databases and SQL, with a basic understanding of data warehousing
– Basic understanding of ETL/ELT and data integration/transformation concepts, ensuring consistency and quality for BI consumption
– Experience with data warehousing projects or business intelligence platforms, with a focus on scalability and data quality
– Ability to translate business requirements into clear metrics and indicators
– Experience in cloud environments and integration with modern data platforms (preferred)
– PowerBI certification (preferred)
– Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
Personal skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Passion for working with data and for driving real business impact through actionable insights
