Technical skills:
– More than 4 years of experience in functional support of applications in a distributed microservices environment using OpenShift
– Experience in API support, preferably with IBM® API Connect
– Basic knowledge of SQL
– Experience working with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
– Preference for experience with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace)
– Preference for experience in log analysis using Kibana from a user perspective
– Preference for experience in process automation (Python/Bash)
– Availability for on call support
Personal skills:
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work in a team
