Technical skills:
– Serve as the first line of support for API consumers and providers, resolving incidents or escalating them to the appropriate teams.
– Configure new APIs on the gateway and update or delete existing configurations as needed.
– Design and implement new workflows to ensure efficient calls to backend APIs and timely responses to users.
– Maintain our infrastructure, including managing certificates and configurations for servers hosting our gateways.
– Oversee our internal API Marketplace; while our developers provide support, it is essential to be able to make minor adjustments in their absence.
– Utilize a robust CI/CD pipeline to keep all systems up to date, meeting DevSecOps requirements.
– REST API: Experience in developing, maintaining, and using REST APIs, including familiarity with the verbs used, API design, and related tools such as Postman.
– API Gateway knowledge: Familiarity with API Gateway solutions such as Axway, Kong, APIGEE, among others.
– Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript is essential, as they are widely used in our systems. Knowledge of Groovy is a plus.
– Linux Knowledge: A basic understanding of Linux will help you navigate our infrastructure more effectively.
– CI/CD tools: Experience with XLR, XLD, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and OpenShift is advantageous to support our CI/CD pipeline.

– Availability for on-call work
– Good level of English – minimum level B2
– Ability to keep up with a demanding and dynamic environment

– Knowledge of implementing teaching methods
– Ability to work in a team
