Technical skills:
– At least 6 years of experience in similar roles developing native Android apps (Java and Kotlin)
– Degree in Computer Engineering or similar
– Knowledge of Android development architectures and patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
– Experience with Git, Gradle, and CI/CD
– Knowledge of unit testing, troubleshooting, and mobile security
– Experience with maintaining, modernizing (from older frameworks to Kotlin), and publishing apps on the Play Store
Personal skills:
– Strong communication skills, teamwork, and familiarity with agile methodologies
– Experience mentoring/coaching junior team members
