Technical skills:
– Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques
– Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies
– Create and facilitate workshops and events
– Training, advise and share Agile methodologies
– Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc…)
– To be Autonomous in the current roles
– Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies
– Experience as a Scrum Master
– JIRA and Confluence
– Fluency in English (Spoken and written), French knowledge (is a plus)
Personal skills:
– Good communication and leadership skills
– Agility consultant, will trigger the movement, the dynamic of change
– Change Agent, will hold high the Agility values
– Trainer, will teach concepts, knowledge or skills ideally based on social and interactive Agile learning
– Mentor, will share its knowledge, points of view and offers individual and personalized support in the field
– Facilitator, will helps a group and individual to, learn, explore, find solutions and reach consensus
