Technical skills:
– Experience: minimum of 6 years in agile methods, with the last 3 years spent working with several teams simultaneously (preferred)
– Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Lean, and scalable methods (Safe, Scrum Scale, etc.)
– Minimum of 4 years of experience with agile tools (preferably JIRA)
– At least 4 years of proven experience as an Agile Coach in more than one team simultaneously
– Solid knowledge of mentoring and training in diverse teams
– Solid knowledge of Business Agility and Enterprise Coaching
– Solid experience in developing workshops or training courses on agile methods (hard and soft skills)
– Experience in people/team management is desirable
– Internationally recognized certifications in Agile/Lean methods
– Degree in psychology or computer science (or similar), preferred
– Knowledge or experience in marketing, preferred
