We are looking for a Senior Expert - Data Analytics to join our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 You will be part of the IT Solutions Team - Data Analytics and responsible for the Analytics Platform
\u2013 You will maintain a close and cooperative relationship with the specialist departments and advise them on all requirements in the area of data analytics
\u2013 You will be part of the Business Analytics Competence Centre consisting of IT and the specialist departments such as controlling, accounting, logistics,etc
\u2013 You do everything to ensure that your project brings maximum benefit in the end: you get the right people on board, including external specialists, bring together different points of view, fight for user-friendly solutions,...
\u2013 Thanks to your intuition for current trends, you are able to see their opportunities and innovation potentials in the area of company-wide data strategy for our business
\u2013 You will also actively shape and work in the IT planning process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical skills:<\/strong>
\u2013 You have several years of professional experience in the field of data management\/data analyst
\u2013 You have deep knowledge and practical experience in tools such as SAP BW Version 7.5, SAP BW S\/4 Hana with experience in data modelling using Hana views for reporting, ABAP for BW, CDS views on S\/4 Hana. Knowledge in SAP SAC or MS Power BI as front end tools. In addition, you have experience with SAP Datasphere or other Data Warehouses on the cloud (Microsoft Azure or similar)
\u2013 You like to think in terms of numbers and processes, quickly see the connections in detail and thus understand the processes in the business. In addition, you already have project management experience in agile and classic project environments, ideally in change projects
\u2013 You have a high affinity for digitalization and are a solution-focused, hands-on personality with a strong results orientation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Ability to express ideas clearly and assertively, both orally and in writing
\u2013 You are good at bringing people from different areas and cultures together and find it easy to communicate at all hierarchy levels
