<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Technical skills:<\/strong>
\u2013 Provide technical leadership to the development squad while remaining hands-on
\u2013 Guide architecture, design and implementation decisions
\u2013 Support the Azure cloud transition and application lifecycle evolution
\u2013 Ensure code quality and engineering best practices: Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, automation, scalability and reliability
\u2013 Lead technical reviews, troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues
\u2013 Manage technical debt and technical risks
\u2013 Mentor developers and support knowledge sharing within the team
\u2013 Work closely with Product, QA, architects, DBAs and teams in Paris
\u2013 Play a key role in the Collect.Online data migration and in preparing both applications for support and decommissioning phases
\u2013 Higher Education in Engineering, Computer Science or IT
\u2013 Strong experience in C# .NET development, ideally 9+ years
\u2013 Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience
\u2013 Experience with .NET Framework 4.8+ and .NET 8+
\u2013 Strong knowledge of software architecture, Clean Code, SOLID and TDD
\u2013 Experience with SQL Server\/Azure SQL, Git, Gitflow and Azure DevOps
\u2013 Experience with Azure services such as Azure Pipelines, Repos, Blob Storage, App Service and App Configuration
\u2013 Experience with Jira and Confluence
\u2013 Experience with the full application lifecycle, including production support
\u2013 Banking, payments or fintech experience is a strong advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal skills:<\/strong>
\u2013 English B2 minimum \u2013 mandatory
\u2013 Portuguese B2 minimum - nice to have
\u2013 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
\u2013 Autonomous, pragmatic and comfortable working in an international Agile environment
\u2013 Able to lead through technical expertise and collaboration, while remaining a strong team player<\/p>\n\n\n\n
