Main responsibilities:
– Explain and Align Financial Solutions: Communicate the features, benefits, and impact of Financial Accounting solutions to align them with client needs and expectations
– Develop, Enhance, and Configure SAP FI/CO Solutions: Build RICEFW objects, improve SAP FI functionalities, and configure modules to meet specific business and financial requirements
– Support Deployment and Ensure System Quality: Provide technical support during implementation, lead testing phases, and resolve issues to maintain high-quality system performance
– Document, Share Knowledge, and Represent Expertise: Create technical documentation, transfer expertise to teams, and represent the department in key decision-making forums
– Collaborate Across Teams for Seamless Integration: Work closely with FI, MM, PP consultants, ABAP developers, and other personnel to ensure successful cross-module project execution
– Monitor Trends and Recommend Best Practices: Anticipate industry trends and SAP updates to recommend improvements and develop forward-thinking, best-practice solutions
Technical skills:
– Ideally, you have an accounting background which helps you understand the business processes and needs
– Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with over 4 years of experience in large-scale SAP S4 projects
– SAP FI/CO Expertise: Proven skills in implementing, customizing, configuring, and maintaining SAP FI/CO modules, and integration points with other modules
– Technical and Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial business processes, with hands-on experience in fit-gap analysis, design and blueprinting
Personal skills:
– Well organized and structured person, with a strong, quick-thinking mindset
– Client-Focused Problem Solver: Experienced in client-facing roles with a focus on client satisfaction and a can-do attitude to resolve incidents and deliver quality outcomes
– Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, user support management, and decision-making abilities with proficiency in English
