Main responsibilities:
– Strategic Alignment: You align your projects with the organization’s business strategy, managing them efficiently to achieve desired outcomes and driving products from ideation to commercialization
– Product Development and Improvement: You take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, ensuring transitions between picking up ideas, planning, monitoring, and realization while closely collaborating with multi-functions teams following defined processes, and technology
– Project Planning and Team Building: You are responsible for schedule, resource and cost estimation as per the project scope. You build and lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
– Requirement Management: You manage and clarify requirements with the stakeholders, ensuring all technical and business needs are fully addressed and aligned with project objectives
– Project Monitoring and Reporting: You proactively monitor project scope, manage changes, and conduct milestone reviews to ensure timely delivery, effective risk management, and alignment with business priorities
– Supplier Management and Quality Management: Manage hardware and software suppliers to meet cost objectives and product reliability. You coordinate quality management in collaboration with Quality, TAS and R&D teams
Technical skills:
– You have 6-8 years of job experience in a portfolio or project management
– Budget, cost, and profitability management skills
– Knowledge of Hardware and Software development processes and methods
– Agile framework knowledge for managing software projects
Personal skills:
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a deep understanding of hardware workflows
– Resilient and reliable team player with high integrity
– Firm in communication and acting on all management levels and with different cultural backgrounds
– Fluent Business English
