Technical skills:
– DB2 experience (Crud, data models, tuning)
– Experience with Cobol Batch/Online development (Cics)
– Knowledge of JCL
– TDD\BDD knowledge
– Continuous Delivery knowledge
– Files/VSAM: ESDS, KSDS, Idcams, Icegener, Icetools, DFSORT (join keys)
– Analysis and execution of tests ? Use of debugging tools
– Principles of using SQL transactions (Commit | Rollback | Savepoint)
– TSO/ISPF and EOS
Personal skills:
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work in a team
