Main responsibilities:
– Planning, designing and programming the product certification process (support for certification programs)
– Developing a wide variety of training methods, including new trends and tools
– Training technical consultants, assisting in the preparation of presentations and documents in accordance with pedagogical procedures
– Training and developing/maintaining training programs for international partners
Technical skills:
– Experience in the product area is a plus (experience in the development area, i.e.: web developer)
– Knowledge of web development (Microsoft)
– Experience in training (i.e.: technical consultant with experience in training end-users)
– Remote training
– High level of English
– Adobe tools
Personal skills:
– Good interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently
– A flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to make things happen
