We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
– Ensure smooth operations of the eShop and resolve any reported issues
– Test and deploy bug fixes, coordinating with key users, CIT, and developers
– Promote the eShop as a strategic sales channel and support regions with product promotion templates
– Report and evaluate sales figures and operational processes
– Organize training sessions for basic eShop topics and new features
– Act as the main contact for local eShop key users
– Support additional digital CXP projects
Technical skills:
– First professional experience as an eCommerce specialist, ideally in a B2B environment
– Proficiency in agile methods and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
– Familiarity with shop software, SAP, CMS, PIM, analytics, and CRM systems
Personal skills:
– High customer orientation and strong communication skills
– Business fluency in English
