Main tasks:
- Preparing data, analyses and reports to support the unit or to report to the central team
- Reconciling customer accounts in order to resolve statement inconsistencies with customers
- Analyzing customer accounts in order to resolve customer issues and promote collection
- Maintaining requisitions to support the unit (recording costs)
Technical skills:
- Advanced excel skills
- Ease of use of technology/applications
- Ability to communicate in professional English
- More than 1 year's experience
